SOUNDTRACK COMPOSITION

One-Offs

Miscellaneous tracks which don't belong to a collection or album. Usually written for a single concept or just for fun.

4 Tracks, 2016 onwards

Impossible Boundary

Written to imitate the style of the anime and video game composer Yuki Kaijura, using a prominent set of violins and chugging guitar. The ethereal start and end contrast with the fast-paced beat in the middle section.

Back to Zero

A tense piece with a ticking clock in the background, made to accompany a game show-style quiz with exactly one minute to answer the question. Combines synthesisers and orchestral instruments.

City of Shining Stars

A relaxed backdrop to a peaceful city at night, made using a set of Soundfonts from Chrono Trigger (1995). The composition of the piece also intentionally emulates the style of Chrono Trigger.

Battle BETA

Proof of concept for a Miku-style rhythm game, where the effectiveness of a player's attack correlates with how well they can tap to the music. The piece has a strong beat and a housey feel.
